In the case of a refund, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product(s). To request a refund, send an email to returns@elvardi.com with the order number and email address, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
After your return request is processed by our customer service team, we’ll send you the return label.
Returns within the UK are free of charge as long as you use the return label we provide. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for incurring the return cost. Shipping costs for International returns will have to be incurred by the customer.
The products must be unworn and have no signs of wear and returned in the original packaging and the original invoice or copy.
EXCHANGES
In the case of exchanges, you can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your product(s). To request an exchange, send an email to returns@elvardi.com with the order number, email address, and what exchange – For example, to a different size or colour. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
After your return exchange is processed by our customer service team, we’ll send you the exchange label.

We’ll then ship the product back to you free of charge for national and international exchanges.
